What shipping carriers are used?

All Time Cebu ships most packages via J&T Express. For orders shipped within Metro Cebu, we do offer same business day delivery via Maxim, Grab and Angkas.

*Note: Cut-off time for orders shipped within same day, is 8AM-3PM.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected and the distance traveled.

When will my order arrive?

All Time Cebu offers Standard Ground shipping.

Standard Shipping:

For standard J&T Ground shipping, please allow 1 to 6 Business days for delivery. To get the estimated ETA please add your items to the cart along with your address and you will be able to see the ETA.

Please note that J&T does not guarantee against weather related delays. Make sure you give yourself an extra day to allow for weather issues.

What if an item is not in stock?

All Time Cebu values the importance of your approaching event. We take extensive pains to ensure that all items featured on our site are in stock at all times and ready to ship. Occasionally, demand may exceed supply or a manufacturer delay may occur. In those situations, we make every effort to contact you via email or phone. Please make sure the contact information you provide is both accurate and the best way to reach you.

What if something is wrong with my order?

All Time Cebu takes your order very seriously! As such, great effort is made to ensure your order is packed safely and accurately. If you feel there is a problem with the order you received, you must report it within 3 days of delivery. Please be sure to adhere to this reporting policy, as we unfortunately cannot investigate a delayed report. In case of damage, all merchandise, boxes and packaging materials must be preserved in their condition of arrival for proper inspection. Digital photos will be required to make a claim.

Can I return my items?

We accept returns for items that are arrived damaged or defective within 7 days from the date of the delivery. Perishable and hygienic items are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons.

Why do I have to provide my email address?

Your email address is necessary to identify you and communicate with you about the processing of your order.

Do you give out my email address to other companies?

No. We do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your email address to any company. We may contact you with special offers and discounts. Of course, you may opt out of these promotional emails by updating your preferences within any promotional email you receive. When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 24 business hours, unless there is a delay in that case we will reach out and let you know.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Philippines nationwide. Below is the shipping rates:

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.

How can I track my order?

We will send you an email once the tracking number is available for your order.

How can I confirm my order was received?

Once an order is placed you will get an email confirmation, if you do not see it please check your spam folder.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major Credit Cards, Paypal, Apple pay, Google Pay, amazon pay, and for wholesale customers with terms we offer pay by ACH, wire transfer or check.
